Emergency & Critical Care

Vet and Owner with Boston Terrier

When critical care is needed, our emergency and critical care services are available 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year. We have an emergency veterinarian and technical support staff on-site at all times. If you suspect your pet is having an emergency, please call us at (260) 426-1062. We appreciate your patience and understanding if another pet requires immediate attention even though you may have arrived first. If any part of the initial triage process suggests a serious problem, we may ask your permission to take your pet to our treatment area to be examined by a doctor.

Our on-site procedures and capabilities include: 24/7 ICU monitoring, isolation, oxygen therapy, intravenous fluid therapy, emergency surgery, in-house pharmacy, blood transfusions, blood pressure monitoring, ECG monitoring, digital radiography with radiologist consultations, emergency ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), in-house laboratory, ethylene glycol (antifreeze) testing, infectious disease testing.
