He brings more than a decade of experience in community engagement, relationship management, and partnership development, most recently from the nonprofit sector. Jon is known for his people-first approach, follow-through, and ability to connect authentically with stakeholders. Originally from metro Detroit, Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Communications from Oakland University and now lives in Fort Wayne with his wife Katherine and their two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys time outdoors, camping, woodworking projects in the driveway, and exploring new places with family and friends.
