Dr. Kurgan was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He got his bachelor's degree in Animal sciences at Purdue University. Then went on to earn his Doctorate in Veterinary medicine at St. Georges University. On his days off Dr. Kurgan enjoys bass or musky fishing. He has one scruffy little dog named Tadpole. Tadpole was struck by a car and became one of Dr. Kurgan’s first patients. They have been best buds ever since.
