With over a decade of experience in human healthcare leadership, I’ve spent my career guiding teams to not only meet their goals—but to exceed them with passion, energy, and heart. Most recently, I made the exciting leap into the veterinary health industry as a Regional Hospital Administrator, where my love for animals and people happily collided.

Recently resided in Houston (go Astros!), I’m all about fostering growth—both in the teams I lead and the rescue pets I welcome into my home. When I’m not championing teammates to become the best version of themselves, you’ll probably find me deep into a documentary, planning my next trip, or enjoying a good book with family nearby.
